Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 working days
  • During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take 1–3 working days

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK Mainland)

We offer the following delivery options:

Shipping to Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

Some remote locations may have slightly longer delivery times or different rates. Any additional charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped using tracked services.
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If a delivery is missed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for redelivery costs.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost once the carrier confirms it cannot be located.
We will replace or refund lost orders once the carrier’s investigation is complete.
